Bui Vien could be the backpacker Avenue of Saigon. It’s comparable to Khao San Road, but not really as ridiculous. Crammed with bars actively playing dance new music, small beer shops with plastic tables spilling into the road, restaurants, coffee stores, and boutiques – you could see why backpackers find it irresistible. Bui Vien is labeled to
